Abstract

Water replenishment system based on Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a tool that allows users to control and monitor water flow, which aims to optimize and increase awareness of water use in the community, understand how the water filling process control system works. This control system is displayed on the Human Machine Interface (HMI), to detect the position of the filling container using a photoelectric sensor, detecting the weight of the filling container using a load cell sensor and a water flow sensor (YF-S401) as a regulator of water discharge during charging. Water flow sensor will send a signal to the programmable logic control (PLC) to be set according to the expected valume. The results of the study conducted by the author here are 4 parameter data with results, reading with a set value of 200mL , the percentage of error is 10% and 99% accuracy. With a set value of 500mL the percentage of error is 1% and accuracy is 99%. With a set value of 700mL the percentage of error is 1% and the accuracy is 99%. With a set value of 1000mL the percentage error is 1% and 99% accuracy. With the results of the measurement data above, the sensor accuracy value 99% (according to the datasheet), which is with a set value of 250 mL,500mL, 750mL, and 1000mL
